The KdG font was designed for the new visual identity of the Karel de Grote Hogeschool (KdG).
KdG is a college in Antwerp which offers a wide range of courses that combine theory and practice. With the guidance of teachers and coaches, students are invited to get hands-on and take part in their own education.
The visual identity, which was conceptualized by Mechelen-based Branding Today in Belgium, is based on geometric building blocks which, in combination, form a unique family of visual elements. This language translates the KdG’s view on stimulating students on being “builders”, with a proactive attitude towards their studies and life.
