Antwerpen fonts
The custom designed font family ‘Antwerpen’, commissioned by Today, is exclusively available for the visual identity of the City of Antwerp.
Antwerpen consists of 3 weights (Antwerpen Regular, Antwerpen Small, and Antwerpen Tall). Each of the individual characters is designed in 5 different height variations, which enables an original, unique and atypical typographic use, inspired by Antwerp’s skyline with different styles of historical and contemporary architecture.
This graphical display type family has been conceived for use in titles and headlines, and is paired with the Sun font family in body text paragraphs.
